Ms. Freda Luo is responsible for the financial reporting, operations, compliance and audits of the funds. Before joining Sky9 Capital, Ms. Freda Luo was an Assurance Senior at EY, specializing in audits and related work in the fund sector.

Ms. Freda Luo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter and a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Management from the University of Bristol.
